QUESTIONS

The range for CNC turning is between ± Ø0.9 and ± Ø660 mm with a maximum length of up to 200mm.

 

Absolutely! We can produce large batches (unmanned) because our lathes are equipped with bar feeders. Small runs or medium-sized batches are also no problem.

The tolerances are, of course, dependent on the diameter and the type of plastic to be machined.

Based on high-end plastics such as PI, PEI, PEEK, we can achieve tolerances of ± 4µm (depending on the diameter).

A surface roughness of Ra 0.4 is not a problem for us. On average, we often see surface roughnesses of Ra 1.6 or 0.8.
